Born in Syira in1952. Talal attained his Bachelors Degree in Arabic Language from Tishreen University, Syria and later moved to Siena, Italy to continue his studies in Contemporary Art History. He is currently the Director of the Sharjah Art Institute & Arabic Arts Centre.
Talal is a member of the International Artists Union (AIAP– Paris), the International Criticism Agency (ICA-Paris), the Arab Fine Artists Union, the Fine Arts Syndicate, Syria, the Emirates Fine Arts Society (U.A.E.), the Higher Committee of the Sharjah International Arts Biennial and its General Rapporteur, and is a member and editor at (Al Soorah) art magazine.
